- Oversee Gucci onboarding experience for new hires.

- Coordinate front and back of house activities to ensure client service excellence.
- Manage stock levels and align with product launches.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Support and monitor after-sales services and visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
