1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor analysis.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and communicate with key business departments to maximize full price selling.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates.
6. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
7. Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance.
8. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
9. Oversee performance check-in processes and establish employee goals.
10. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
11. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for all new hires.
12. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
13. Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues.
14. Promote brand awareness and establish market/store presence through community outreach.
15. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
16. Ensure the development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
17. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
18. Monitor store expenses and maintain the store operating budget.
19. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
20. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
21. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $193,500 USD to $215,000 USD.
