Gucci Store Development Senior Designer

- Oversee creativity and productivity across all elements of store design, focusing on physical environments.
- Lead a team to ensure the delivery of innovative retail concepts, including flagship store designs and consumer interaction elements.
- Maintain market awareness and compile research documents for executive presentations.
- Represent design work at key partner meetings and manage project elements effectively.
- Foster strong relationships within the team and across departments, supporting the Design Director in executive presentations.
- Develop innovative space layouts to enhance consumer experiences in stores.
- Source materials with a focus on sustainability and luxury.
- Establish and define global retail design standards, including brand guidelines and fixture design.
- Identify market opportunities to support commercial streams through creative design.
- Compile design packages and presentation materials consistently.
- Collaborate on iconic global façade types and manage external studios for detailed design packs and construction drawings.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience in architecture design within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong creative design sensibility and confident creative perspective.
- Technical capability with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
- Organized, flexible, and adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong initiative.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhinoceros, Microsoft Office, and 3D Studio MAX.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Relevant experience in architecture design within the luxury retail sector is required.
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
