1. Oversee creativity and productivity across all elements of store design, focusing on physical environments.
2. Lead a team to ensure the delivery of innovative retail concepts, including flagship store designs and consumer interaction elements.
3. Maintain market awareness and compile research documents for executive presentations.
4. Represent design work at key partner meetings and manage project elements effectively.
5. Foster strong relationships within the team and across departments, supporting the Design Director in executive presentations.
6. Develop innovative space layouts to enhance consumer experiences in stores.
7. Source materials with a focus on sustainability and luxury.
8. Establish and define global retail design standards, including brand guidelines and fixture design.
9. Identify market opportunities to support commercial streams through creative design.
10. Compile design packages and presentation materials consistently.
11. Collaborate on iconic global façade types and manage external studios for detailed design packs and construction drawings.

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Experience in architecture design within the luxury retail sector.
3. Strong creative design sensibility and confident creative perspective.
4. Technical capability with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.
5. Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
6. Organized, flexible, and adaptable.
7. Excellent communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
8. Collaborative team player with strong initiative.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhinoceros, Microsoft Office, and 3D Studio MAX.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Relevant experience in architecture design within the luxury retail sector is required.

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
