1. Lead the creative and productive aspects of store design across all physical environments, ensuring innovative retail concepts and fixtures.
2. Guide a team to deliver creative and production excellence, managing projects ranging from flagship store designs to consumer-interactive elements.
3. Maintain market awareness and compile research documents for executive presentations.
4. Represent design work at key partner meetings, demonstrating comprehensive project knowledge.
5. Cultivate strong relationships within the team and across departments, supporting the Design Director in executive presentations.
6. Focus on developing innovative space layouts to enhance consumer experiences in stores.
7. Source materials with an emphasis on sustainability and luxury.
8. Establish and define global retail design standards, ensuring brand consistency.
9. Identify market opportunities and leverage creativity to support commercial objectives.
10. Create comprehensive design packages and presentation materials.
11. Collaborate on iconic global façade designs and manage external studios for detailed design packs and construction drawings.

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. Relevant experience in luxury retail architecture design.
3. Strong creative design sensibility and confident creative perspective.
4. Technical proficiency with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.
5. Knowledge of current market trends and competitor strategies.
6. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
7. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.
8. Collaborative team player with strong initiative.

1. Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhinoceros, Microsoft Office, and 3D Studio MAX.
2. Creative and technical design skills.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Market research and trend analysis.
5. Effective communication and presentation skills.

Significant experience in architecture design within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
