Gucci Store Coordinator Intern

- Support the store coordinator and boutique director in performance tracking and administrative tasks to achieve set quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between the boutique director, store teams, and head office support functions such as HR, Operations, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing, Training, and Maintenance.
- Assist in daily information sharing, resource coordination, and administrative follow-up.
- Provide support on the sales floor as needed, including sales and cashier duties.
- Compile and send daily activity reports, prepare daily floor management files, and prepare data for daily briefings and managerial meetings.
- Prepare and manage attendance schedules, correct time records for payroll integration, and handle leave requests.
- Organize individual interviews, team meetings, and track new employee integration.
- Manage IT equipment settings and troubleshooting, petty cash control, and consumables ordering.
- Handle maintenance requests and follow-up on the dedicated platform.
- Support with uniform and sales material management, after-sales service, and specific project tracking.
- Assist with boutique director's expense reports.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Proficiency in French and English, with a third language being advantageous
- Experience in luxury retail preferred
- Ambassadorial representation of the brand and its values
- Excellent presentation and understanding of luxury codes
- Strong communication skills and versatility with various digital tools

Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
