Gucci Store Administrator

- Organize and maintain files and paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate submission to corporate offices.
- Assist the Operations Manager in procuring store and office supplies.
- Ensure daily organization and operational efficiency in back-of-house areas.
- Facilitate store transfer requests, charge sends, and product inquiries.
- Assist with updating required templates, logs, and team shift schedules.
- Support the shipping and receiving process, reporting issues to the Store Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
- Analyze store operational performance data.
- Process inventory and manage central cash transactions as part of store error handling and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and technology-savvy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify priorities, and solve problems.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the retail sector is required.
