1. Oversee all tasks, activities, and projects related to back-of-house operations.
2. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates in JDA.
3. Design and implement improvements in stock organization in collaboration with the operations team.
4. Manage merchandise replenishment between back-of-house and selling floor, as well as remote stockroom locations.
5. Control stock through random inventories, ticketing, price changes, and handling VIP and press requests.
6. Ensure successful annual stock take and manage store shrinkage.
7. Coordinate packaging orders and uniforms logistics.
8. Oversee logistics aspects of after-sale services.
9. Maintain compliance with BOH maintenance, health and safety regulations, and manage risks related to overstock situations.

1. Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.

2. Leadership skills.
3. Proficiency in managing inventories and reconciling stock counts.
4. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
6. Good product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.

Candidates should have prior management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management and logistics.
