3. Design and implement improvements in stock organization in collaboration with the operations team.
4. Manage merchandise replenishment between stock locations and the selling floor.
5. Conduct stock control activities including inventories, ticketing, and price changes.
6. Ensure successful annual stock takes and minimize store shrinkage.
7. Handle logistics for packaging orders and uniforms.
8. Oversee logistics for after-sales services.
9. Maintain back-of-house areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.

3. Proficiency in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
4. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Strong organizational skills and priority management.
6. Good product sensitivity with knowledge of market and fashion trends.

Candidates must possess prior management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
