Gucci Stock Manager

- Oversee and manage all back-of-house operations to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates in JDA.
- Design and implement improvements in stock organization in collaboration with the operations team.
- Manage merchandise replenishment between stock locations and the selling floor.
- Conduct stock control activities including inventories, ticketing, and price changes.
- Ensure successful annual stock takes and minimize store shrinkage.
- Handle logistics for packaging orders and uniforms.
- Oversee logistics for after-sales services.
- Maintain back-of-house areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and priority management.
- Good product sensitivity with knowledge of market and fashion trends.
Candidates must possess prior management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
