Gucci Stock Manager

- Oversee all back-of-house tasks, activities, and projects to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates in JDA.
- Design and implement improvements in stock space organization in collaboration with the operations team.
- Manage merchandise replenishment between back-of-house and the selling floor or remote stockroom locations.
- Control stock through random inventories, addressing negatives on hand, ticketing, price changes, and handling VIP and press requests.
- Ensure successful annual stock takes and minimize store shrinkage.
- Coordinate packaging orders and manage uniform logistics flow.
- Oversee logistics aspects of after-sales services.
- Maintain back-of-house areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring fire exits are clear and risks from overstock are managed.
- Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and priority management.
- Good product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
