1. Oversee all back-of-house tasks, activities, and projects to ensure operational excellence.
2. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate system updates in JDA.
3. Design and implement improvements in stock space organization in collaboration with the operations team.
4. Manage merchandise replenishment between back-of-house and the selling floor or remote stockroom locations.
5. Control stock through random inventories, addressing negatives on hand, ticketing, price changes, and handling VIP and press requests.
6. Ensure successful annual stock takes and minimize store shrinkage.
7. Coordinate packaging orders and manage uniform logistics flow.
8. Oversee logistics aspects of after-sales services.
9. Maintain back-of-house areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring fire exits are clear and risks from overstock are managed.

1. Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
