1. Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
2. Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and system updates.
3. Design and implement improvements in stock organization in collaboration with the operations team.
4. Facilitate merchandise replenishment between stock areas and the sales floor.
5. Conduct comprehensive stock control, including inventories, ticketing, and price adjustments.
6. Ensure successful annual stock takes and minimize store shrinkage.
7. Manage logistics for packaging orders, uniforms, and after-sale services.
8. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all back-of-house areas.

1. Previous management experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.

1. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
2. Strong leadership capabilities.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and reconciliation.
4. Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Strong understanding of product sensitivity and current fashion trends.

Candidates must have prior management experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting.
