Gucci Stock Manager

- Oversee the physical organization of the stockroom, ensuring it is tidy and merchandise is stored efficiently according to Gucci directives.
- Improve storage and stock control systems, suggesting enhancements in stockroom layout and organization.
- Supervise the flow of goods between stockrooms and the shop floor, preparing and controlling article arrangements.
- Manage the organization and replenishment of packaging materials and shop floor consumables.
- Receive weekly deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and inform inventory control of discrepancies.
- Unpack deliveries, ensuring merchandise is stored correctly and is accessible.
- Process paperwork and administrative tasks related to inventory management.
- Ensure stock replenishment aligns with client demand and maintain stock levels.
- Liaise with inventory control regarding deliveries, stock transfers, stock takes, and returns to vendors.
- Manage Return to Vendor processes and prepare markdowns before sales periods.
- Conduct full and mini stock takes, investigating discrepancies and presenting findings to the store manager.
- Identify faulty stock, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and manage the Gucci service portal.
- Support internal departments, ensuring client demands are met and assisting with visual merchandising and press department requests.
- Experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Expertise in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Language skills, preferably in English, are advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
