Gucci Stock Keeper

1. Receive, control, and manage merchandise deliveries and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and uploading into the JDA system.
2. Conduct all aspects of stock management, including random inventories, ticketing, price changes, consignments, holds, reservations, and VIP & press requests.
3. Maintain optimal organization of storage space for both current and past collections.
4. Monitor levels of packaging stock and track defective products.
5. Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and distribution of products and supplies.
6. Adhere to Gucci policies and procedures for loss prevention and accurate stock management, reporting any misconduct and/or suspicious activities to store management.
7. Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements, conduct transfers, and perform other operational tasks.
9. Assist in store operations during peak times, including reception, storage, and maintenance.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the back of house, maintaining clear fire exits and addressing overstock-related risks.
11. Support in updating and moving Kering Service tickets for Before and After Sales, managing the inbound and outbound process of product care items.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.
2. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.

3. Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Good communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.
