Gucci Stock Keeper

- Ensure efficient operations of the Back of House area, including stock management and day-end reporting.
- Accurately maintain records of petty cash, stock transfers, returns, and repairs.
- Receive and dispatch stock both domestically and internationally.
- Unpack and pack stock, handling items of varying weights.
- Conduct and participate in cycle counts, stock variance investigations, and stock take processes.
- Support the front of house team by processing sales and packaging purchases during peak periods.
- Maintain and order stationary, hospitality, and office supplies.
- Conduct and support facility and maintenance checks.
- Assist with product care processes, including alterations, repairs, and returns.
- Perform general administrative duties and fulfill ad hoc requests by management.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using a POS system.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
