1. Ensure efficient operations of the Back of House area, including stock management and day-end reporting.
2. Accurately maintain records of petty cash, stock transfers, returns, and repairs.
3. Receive and dispatch stock both domestically and internationally.
4. Unpack and pack stock, handling items of varying weights.
5. Conduct and participate in cycle counts, stock variance investigations, and stock take processes.
6. Support the front of house team by processing sales and packaging purchases during peak periods.
7. Maintain and order stationary, hospitality, and office supplies.
8. Conduct and support facility and maintenance checks.
9. Assist with product care processes, including alterations, repairs, and returns.
10. Perform general administrative duties and fulfill ad hoc requests by management.

1. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in using a POS system.

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
3. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required, along with familiarity with POS systems.
