1. Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
2. Ensure restocking, monitoring, and organization of inventory, including receipt, verification, and placement of products.
3. Optimize storage space for current and past collections.
4. Monitor daily availability of items on the sales floor by size and color, and execute necessary replenishments.
5. Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager.
6. Maintain records of packaging stock levels.
7. Handle receipt and tracking of defective products.
8. Participate in inventory counts and investigate discrepancies, including unknown markdowns and losses.
9. Conduct labeling and tagging of merchandise.
10. Provide occasional support in the store during peak periods, including customer service, organization, and minor maintenance.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Product knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Passion for fashion and the luxury sector.
4. Proficiency in English; a third language is advantageous.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6. Strong service orientation and persuasive abilities.
7. Understanding of luxury codes.
8. Teamwork capability.

Minimum of two years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
