- Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Ensure restocking, monitoring, and organization of inventory, including receipt, verification, and placement of products.
- Optimize storage space for current and past collections.
- Monitor daily availability of items on the sales floor by size and color, and execute necessary replenishments.
- Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager.
- Maintain records of packaging stock levels.
- Handle receipt and tracking of defective products.
- Participate in inventory counts and investigate discrepancies, including unknown markdowns and losses.
- Conduct labeling and tagging of merchandise.
- Provide occasional support in the store during peak periods, including customer service, organization, and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong service orientation and persuasive abilities.
- Understanding of luxury codes.
- Teamwork capability.
Minimum of two years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
