- Serve as the store expert on stock techniques and procedures.
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
- Accurately and promptly manage stock replenishment on an hourly basis.
- Oversee transfers and other store operations efficiently.
- Monitor the movement of goods between storage and the shop floor, ensuring proper arrangement of articles.
- Align daily item placement with available stock, considering style, size, and color.
- Conduct inventory operations and contribute to loss prevention and markdown monitoring.
- Communicate daily with the Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management regarding product rotation and propose necessary remedial measures.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Passion for products and fashion, with a curious mindset.
