1. Adhere to Gucci's policies and procedures.
2. Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, store management, and customers.
3. Create an engaging and high-energy store experience for customers, exemplifying superior customer service.
4. Serve as the store expert in stock techniques and procedures.
5. Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
7. Accurately and promptly manage replenishment processes.
8. Oversee transfers and other operations efficiently.
9. Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, ensuring proper arrangement of articles.
10. Align daily item placement with available stock, considering style, size, and color.
11. Conduct inventory operations and contribute to loss-prevention efforts.
12. Communicate daily with the Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management about product rotation and propose solutions as needed.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Demonstrated passion for product and fashion.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to engage effectively with customers.
3. Proficiency in stock management and inventory control.

Prior experience in a retail stock management role is preferred.
