Stock Controller

1. Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries
2. Ensure restocking, tracking, and organization of stock (receiving, verifying, and placing products in stock)
3. Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections
4. Monitor daily the number of items available on the sales floor (size, color) and perform necessary restocking
5. Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager
6. Track packaging stock levels
7. Handle the receipt and tracking of defective products
8. Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations (unknown markdowns, losses)
9. Label and tag merchandise
10. Occasionally assist in the store during temporary work overloads (greeting, organizing, minor maintenance)
11. Prepare new display elements in collaboration with the sales team

1. High school diploma
2. At least two years of experience in stock management in a retail environment

2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry
4. Proficiency in English, a third language is appreciated
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented and persuasive
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Teamwork

At least two years of experience in stock management in a retail environment.
