Gucci Stock Associate

- Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries in accordance with procedures and timelines.
- Ensure restocking, monitoring, and organization of inventory, including reception, verification, and placement of products.
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections.
- Monitor daily availability of items on the sales floor (size, color) and perform necessary restocking.
- Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager.
- Track packaging stock levels.
- Manage receipt and tracking of defective products.
- Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations (unknown shrinkage, losses).
- Label and tag merchandise.
- Occasionally assist in-store during peak times (customer service, organization, minor maintenance).
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in English; a third language is appreciated.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Customer service and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of luxury codes.
- Teamwork capability.
Minimum of two years experience in stock management within a retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
