GucciStock Controller

- Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries
- Ensure restocking, tracking, and organization of stock (receiving, verifying, and placing products in stock)
- Maintain optimal organization of storage space for current and past collections
- Monitor daily the number of items available on the sales floor (size, color) and perform necessary restocking
- Prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers in coordination with the store manager
- Track packaging stock levels
- Handle the receipt and tracking of defective products
- Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations (unknown markdowns, losses)
- Label and tag merchandise
- Occasionally assist in the store during temporary work overloads (greeting, organizing, minor maintenance)
- Prepare new display elements in collaboration with the sales team
- High school diploma
- At least two years of experience in stock management in a retail environment
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry
- Proficiency in English, a third language is appreciated
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented and persuasive
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Teamwork
At least two years of experience in stock management in a retail environment.
High school diploma
