- Ensure timely receipt, accurate tagging, and efficient delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
- Conduct hourly and precise replenishment of stock.
- Oversee stockroom organization and lead the stock team.
- Supervise transfers and other operations promptly.
- Manage stock organization in line with Gucci's directives and procedures, considering style, size, and color.
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the sales floor, ensuring proper arrangement of articles.
- Monitor daily placement of items for sale, aligning with available stock.
- Plan and execute inventory operations, contributing to loss-prevention and monitoring unknown mark-downs.
- Communicate daily with article rotation managers and propose corrective measures when necessary.
- Handle all aspects of after-sales management, acting as the point of contact for customer complaints and quality issues.
- Execute repair and returns ticket management according to company standards, coordinating with stores, back office, repair center, and headquarters.
- Manually enter and update data in the after-sales system.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working for a luxury brand is preferable.
- Fast-paced and well-organized.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
