1. Ensure timely receipt, accurate tagging, and efficient delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display.
3. Conduct hourly and precise replenishment of stock.
4. Oversee stockroom organization and lead the stock team.
5. Supervise transfers and other operations promptly.
6. Manage stock organization in line with Gucci's directives and procedures, considering style, size, and color.
7. Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the sales floor, ensuring proper arrangement of articles.
8. Monitor daily placement of items for sale, aligning with available stock.
9. Plan and execute inventory operations, contributing to loss-prevention and monitoring unknown mark-downs.
10. Communicate daily with article rotation managers and propose corrective measures when necessary.
11. Handle all aspects of after-sales management, acting as the point of contact for customer complaints and quality issues.
12. Execute repair and returns ticket management according to company standards, coordinating with stores, back office, repair center, and headquarters.
13. Manually enter and update data in the after-sales system.

1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Previous experience working for a luxury brand is preferable.

1. Fast-paced and well-organized.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
