1. Oversee the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring compliance with Gucci's directives and procedures.
2. Enhance storage and stock control systems, recommending improvements for stockroom layout and organization.
3. Manage the flow of goods between stockrooms and the shop floor, ensuring efficient arrangement and replenishment of articles.
4. Coordinate the supply and organization of packaging materials and shop floor consumables.
5. Receive and verify weekly deliveries, addressing any discrepancies with inventory control and store management.
6. Ensure accurate stock placement and accessibility, adhering to company procedures.
7. Conduct administrative tasks related to inventory management, including paperwork processing and electronic maintenance of stock records.
8. Perform regular stock takes, investigating discrepancies and reporting findings to store management.
9. Identify and manage faulty stock, liaising with suppliers for repairs in accordance with company policy.
10. Collaborate with sales teams, visual merchandisers, and the press department to meet client demands and maintain optimal stock levels.

1. Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
2. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with personnel at all levels.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Expertise in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
3. Multilingual abilities, with English being advantageous.
4. Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.

Previous experience in stock management or a related field is required, with a focus on logistics and inventory control.
