1. Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
2. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
3. Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments and closing transactions.
4. Provide dressing room support and manage client interactions.
5. Facilitate the packing and payment process, and handle store transfer requests.
6. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
7. Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for approval.
8. Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Understanding of customer service priorities.

1. Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD per hour.
