Gucci Stock Controller

1. Provide overall store support to front and back of house teams.
2. Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting brand values.
3. Support sales processes and ensure a luxury client experience.
4. Assist with inventory tasks and stock processing.
5. Facilitate store transfer requests and product inquiries.
6. Capture client data accurately for transactions.
7. Assist in pulling styles and sizes from stock.
8. Support store cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
9. Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience operating a POS system is a plus.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD.
