1. Receive and inspect merchandise deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Manage stock replenishment, organization, and storage of current and past collections.
3. Monitor daily availability of items on the sales floor and conduct necessary restocking.
4. Coordinate with the store manager to prepare deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers.
5. Track packaging stock levels and manage defective product reception and follow-up.
6. Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy investigations.
7. Label and tag merchandise accurately.
8. Assist in the store during peak times with customer service, organization, and minor maintenance.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new display elements.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values.
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
4. Proficiency in English; a third language is appreciated.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6. Strong service orientation and persuasive abilities.
7. Understanding of luxury codes.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

At least two years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
