1. Manage the organization of the stockroom in alignment with Gucci's directives and procedures.
2. Plan and execute inventory operations, actively participating in loss-prevention and monitoring unknown mark-downs.
3. Ensure the accurate receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
4. Oversee and control transfers and all other operations in a timely manner.
5. Ensure accurate replenishment and supervise the flow of goods between the stockroom and the sales floor.
6. Communicate daily with article rotation managers and propose remedial measures as necessary.
7. Serve as the store's reference for stock techniques and procedures, informing management of training requirements.

1. Proven experience in a stockroom retail environment.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and technology-savvy skills.
3. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as needed.
