1. Oversee the organization of the stockroom in alignment with Gucci's directives and procedures.
2. Plan and execute inventory operations, actively participating in loss-prevention and monitoring unknown mark-downs.
3. Ensure accurate receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
4. Control and supervise transfers and all related operations promptly.
5. Ensure precise replenishment and manage the flow of goods between the stockroom and shop floor.
6. Communicate daily with article rotation managers and propose necessary remedial measures.
7. Serve as the store's reference for stock techniques and procedures, informing management of training needs.

1. Proven experience in a stockroom retail environment.

1. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and technology-savvy skills.
3. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends.

Demonstrated experience in stockroom management within a retail setting is required.
