1. Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
5. Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.

4. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency with technology, including retail systems and shipping software.
7. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
8. Team-oriented attitude.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is beneficial.

Estimated base salary range is $24/hr CAD to $27/hr CAD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
