Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
5. Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
7. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
8. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
10. Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
11. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proven ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
4. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
5. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
6. Team-oriented attitude.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00/hour CAD to $27.00/hour CAD.
