Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Develop and implement ideas to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the selling process to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and handle price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology and internal retail systems.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
The base salary range is estimated between $24.00/hour CAD to $27.00/hour CAD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
