Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and ensure an efficient stockroom to maintain accurate inventory.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues and resolving them promptly.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage the printing and ticketing of merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
