Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure an efficient stockroom to maintain accurate inventory.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues and resolving them promptly.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage the printing and ticketing of merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing information and problem-solving.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technological proficiency in retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical capability to meet job requirements, including lifting and climbing.
- Collaborative team player attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
