Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement in alignment with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
4. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Support the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Adhere to Gucci standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
