Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with directives from the Store Director or Operations Manager, adhering to all procedural guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly, following company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
- Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
