Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with directives from the Store Director or Operations Manager, adhering to all procedural guidelines.
3. Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations.
4. Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly, following company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
4. Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
