Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with procedures, including transfers and damages.
- Maintain organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Handle merchandise printing, ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High degree of integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary environments. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
