1. Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing and resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
9. Adhere to Gucci standards in merchandise handling and storage.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury or contemporary environments. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.

The base salary range for this position in California is estimated at $27.00 USD per hour, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and location.
