Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing and resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
- Adhere to Gucci standards in merchandise handling and storage.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing information and identifying business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury or contemporary environments. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
The base salary range for this position in California is estimated at $27.00 USD per hour, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and location.
