Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and prioritize client service support.
2. Execute and manage the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in alignment with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
5. Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
7. Manage merchandise printing, ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
8. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the boutique's physical maintenance as required.
10. Adhere to Gucci standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
11. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

The salary range for this position in Sacramento, California, is estimated between $24/hr USD and $27/hr USD, depending on various factors such as experience and geographic location.
