Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting and resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Conduct and oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations with guidance from management.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
The estimated base salary range is $26 to $27 per hour, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
