Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations to maintain accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting and resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Conduct and oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations with guidance from management.
5. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
5. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
6. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Experience with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
9. Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.

The estimated base salary range is $26 to $27 per hour, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
