Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and manage stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient merchandise flow.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Conduct and supervise store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring accuracy and organization.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Adhere to Gucci's standards in packing, handling, and storing merchandise.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proven ability to analyze information, identify priorities, and solve problems.
5. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

2. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
3. Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Base salary range estimated between $26 USD to $27 USD per hour for New York City.
