Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the execution of shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure the timely movement of merchandise while adhering to established procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damage management.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is estimated to be between $26 USD to $27 USD per hour.
