Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure the timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to all procedural guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage the printing and ticketing of merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in compliance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as necessary.
- Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing information, identifying business priorities, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in the retail sector, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
