Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Implement and oversee shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with Store Management.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise labeling, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and handle damaged goods in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the store as required.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and prioritize business needs.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High degree of integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for experience in luxury or contemporary sectors. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
