Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory through cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Support the sales team by enhancing the client experience and assisting in the selling process.
- Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical capability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
