Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
3. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory through cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
5. Support the sales team by enhancing the client experience and assisting in the selling process.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
7. Handle repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for those with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion. Supervisory experience is considered a plus.
