Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Support management in daily operations, addressing operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation for reference.
- Submit all required 8300 and tax-exempt forms.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.
- Experience with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- At least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for the brand.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
