1. Oversee the stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain an organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
5. Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly following company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency with retail systems and shipping software.
5. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team-oriented attitude.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
