Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Team Manager - Operations.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines including transfers and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury or contemporary sectors.
Base salary range of $23.00 USD to $26.00 USD per hour, subject to geographic differentials and other factors.
