Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any discrepancies to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking corrective actions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedural guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
- Conduct and oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored in compliance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
