Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any discrepancies to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking corrective actions.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedural guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
4. Conduct and oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
5. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored in compliance with Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
