1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues and resolving them promptly.
4. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers and returns.
5. Maintain accurate operations documentation for reference purposes.
6. Submit tax-exempt forms and communicate discrepancies to management.
7. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
9. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
10. Oversee store inventory accuracy and cycle counts with management support.

1. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Experience with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
3. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
3. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
4. Capability to build trust-based relationships and encourage collaboration.

At least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
