1. Oversee and ensure the efficiency of stockroom operations to maintain accurate inventory.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Team Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Conduct and oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation.
5. Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the selling process.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
4. Previous experience in retail or service-related industries preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with luxury or contemporary experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Base salary range from $23.00 USD to $28.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and incentive program.
