Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving them promptly.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
5. Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
6. Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the selling process.
7. Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
8. Handle repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
10. Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
11. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
3. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
7. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
8. Team player attitude.

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury or contemporary environments. Supervisory experience is a plus.
