Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences during the selling process.
- Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Support store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team player attitude.
Candidates should possess 2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury or contemporary environments. Supervisory experience is a plus.
