Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure the efficiency of the stockroom to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct and oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with precision.
- Develop strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team to enhance the client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Technological proficiency in retail systems.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Additional compensation may include commissions for eligible employees, subject to the commission program. Participation in an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance is also available.
