Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
- Handle and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing information, identifying business priorities, and problem-solving.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
