Gucci Senior Operations Controller

1. Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps for resolution.
2. Ensure timely and efficient movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Maintain accurate and organized store inventory at all times, overseeing cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
5. Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
6. Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and handle price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
9. Pack, handle, and store merchandise in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Support store initiatives and projects as required.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Previous experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
6. High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
10. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
