Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and execute the shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues and collaborating with the Store Director or Operations Manager to resolve them.
- Ensure the timely and accurate movement of merchandise, adhering to all company procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and handling of damages.
- Maintain an organized and precise store inventory, conducting cycle counts and scheduled inventories with the support of the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and propose ideas to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical upkeep of the boutique as needed.
- Handle and store merchandise in compliance with Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant retail experience, ideally within the luxury or contemporary fashion sectors.
