Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management and support the selling process.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking steps to resolve them.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to all procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Develop and share ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

The base salary range is estimated to be between $26 USD and $35 USD per hour, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
